Fee Concessions
Students holding the following cards (or a dependant spouse or dependant child of a cardholder A & B) are eligible for concessions:
- Commonwealth Health Care Card (Cardholder A)
- Pensioner Concession Card (Cardholder B)
- Veterans Gold Card
To apply for fee concessions you must have a Health Care card when you enrol. |
Low Income (LI) Health Care Cards
Students holding a Low Income (LI) Health Care Card are eligible to receive the concession rate.

Apprentice and Trainee Eligibility
Apprentices and Trainees may be eligible for low income Health Care Cards, especially in their first year of training.
Apply Now:
- If you think that you may be entitled to a Health Care Card, claim forms are available from Centrelink. Read and complete the claim form carefully.
- Low Income Health Care Card eligibility is assessed on your income level 8 weeks prior to application.
- Submit completed claim forms and any supporting identification and income documents to Centrelink for assessment. (Failure to do so may delay processing)
- Assessment can take up to 28 days. Cards are valid for 6 months.
