Who are we?
Jobs Plus Apprenticeships Services is an Australian Apprenticeships Centre (AAC).
We are contracted by the Australian Government to provide a one-stop information, advice and support service to employers, employees and other interested parties regarding Australian Apprenticeships.
What do we do?
Jobs Plus Apprenticeships Services provides a free service that provides employers and Australian Apprentices with:

the right advice on the range of available training qualifications

assistance to engage a Registered Training Organisation who is approved to deliver training

an understanding of the role and responsibilities under the Australian Apprenticeships program

free advice and assistance when completing Australian Apprenticeship documentation

prompt registration of Training Contracts

fast turnaround on financial incentives eligibility advice for both Australian Apprentices and employers and a reminder program to ensure incentives are claimed

prompt payment of financial incentives to employers and personal benefits to Australian Apprentices

referral services to provide advice for your questions on Work Cover, Superannuation, employment conditions, wages and State Government incentive entitlements

continued support throughout the Australian Apprenticeships program that includes follow up contacts at various critical points in the program; and
